It was a glorious day for painting outdoors and I was so inspired to paint this peaceful scene with beautiful waterbirds feeding in the shallow waters and the breathtaking water views of Peel Harvey Estuary. In the distance, I could see a clear view of the historic Coopers Mill. Coodanup Foreshore was painted on-site En Plein Air and fine-tuned in the studio to capture the serene beauty of the Coodanup landscape.
